Varieties: 50% Chardonnay 2015, 25% Scheurebe 2015, 25% Riesling from a Solera system which Johannes sets up since 2013.
Vineyards: Haidthal, Hohes Eck
Soils: lime-sandstone and red gravel.
Vinification: All parts start fermentation in a 500 Liter Amphora, then finish it in stainless steel tank. Bottled unfiltered directly from the lees.
Res.sugar: 1,9 g/l
Acidity: 5,5 g/l
