Soil: loess and lime sandstone

Vinification:Fermented and aged for 8 months in French oak barrels of 300 liters (2nd, 3rd & 4th year)and cement tanks (Eggs). Only indigenous yeasts ara used.

Alcohol: 12,45 % vol.

Total Tartaric Acidity: 5,8 gr/l

Volatil Acidity: 0,43 gr/l

Residual Sugar: 0,4 gr/l

Total Sulfur Dioxide (E-220): 76 mg/l
