Soil: A hill with deep reaching layers of rock, covered by red gravel and Loess layers.
Vinification: Cool fermentation in stainless-steel tanks to get fruity and intensive aromatic, aging for over 1 year in neutral large barrels (size of 1000L to 2000L)
