Vineyard: Yield of 40hl/ha, from 45 to 65 years old vines.
Soil: Sandy-gravely soil (former riverbed of the Vienne)
Vinification: Fermentation in non coated concrete vats with gentle pumping over – temperature controlled – malolactic fermentation in cement vats – light rackings – aged 7 months on fine lees.
Res. sugar: < 2 g/L
