Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and macerated for 10-12 hours in a carbonic atmosphere. After a static racking, the wine enters barrels of new French oak (60%), where fermentation and aging takes place for 8-10 months. Only indigenous yeasts ara used. 8 months in Burgundy barrels of 300 liters(50% new oak).
